I was originally going to buy the Mazda CX-5 but most of the Mazda dealers in my area were either not good or wouldn’t negotiate on price. I eventually checked out the Mitsubishi. Not only were they selling me the car at the low advertised price but even went lower by a couple of thousand dollars. My car, an SEL trim, had more features and options than the similarly priced Mazda. I have a surround camera, real leather, satellite radio, and LED headlights. I like that I start my a/c in the Florida sun with an available app and remotely lock my doors. Most of the features were missing on the Mazda. The quality of the interior is nice and this is coming from a former Honda guy. The exterior is very modern and I get a lot of compliments on it. The ride is not overly soft but just enough smooth on the rougher pavement. The big reason I was sold on this car was the warranty. I hold on to my cars for a while and this is important to me. I highly recommend the Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross and suggest you check it out.…
Great compact sporty SUV for the price

When I drove the Eclipse Cross I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the interior was. With creature comforts like dual zone climate control, heated seats and steering wheel, and even a heated back bench, the car didnt lack in competing with other similar makes/models for the interior feel.
The engine was surprisingly responsive, even being a 1.5T CVT. That being said, if you can handle having the CVT than this car gives you enough power to play with and doesnt feel like youre drowning the engine when pressing the accelerator like it does in the under powered Outlander Sport.
The HUD on the car looks and works great, just as the premium Rockford Fosgate speakers do. It has generous amounts of storage and gives multiple options for tonneau placements.
Its a great sporty compact suv especially with is MSRP and brilliant red color option.
Great handling and a very comfortable car.
The only downsides I had was that if youre a taller person (over about 6) it can feel a little small, especially in the passenger seat.…

I really didn't know much about the Eclipse Cross when I first got in one on a whim. It really impressed me in how it handled, drove and looked. The one I bought was a limited edition with blacked out grill and 20" wheels.
These great little crossovers are actually capable of racing in off road rallies! They are very popular overseas, too. I am surprised to not see very many here.
Truly capable and sporty vehicle.
BTW... I'm a 6'1" 240lb guy and this crossover is still roomy and comfortable for me. Love the adjustable rear seat and the great fit and finish.…
