Description:

Burlington Hyundai is seeking an additional ASA (Automotive Service Advisor) needed for busy Service Department. You will work with customers and assist them with maintenance and repairs on their Hyundai vehicles. Answer phones and emails, collect and file customer service repair records, and recommend maintenance and repair items to customers. Excellent earning potential and chance for advancement. 

Requirements: 

  • Must be able to provide customers with an amazing service experience
  • Excellent communication skills in person, over phone and via email
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to multi-task 
  • Comfortable using computers
